Dennis is a fourth generation Jacksonville resident. His great-grandfather moved to Jacksonville around 1910 and founded the French Novelty clothing store shortly after. Dennis graduated from Jacksonville University in 1994 with a degree in Marketing. He worked as an agent for Liberty Mutual for three years before he and Betsy started Mizrahi & Garris Insurance in 2002. Dennis loves running with friends, backpacking, playing the drums, fathering his two daughters & is very passionate about educating clients.

Betsy grew up in a small town in Alabama where she graduated with a management degree from Auburn University. She moved to Jacksonville in 1989, and it has been home for over 35 years. Betsy has two wonderful, grown and flown daughters and one rescue dog. She is one of the founding members of Mizrahi and Garris Insurance Agency. She now serves as CFO and Vice President of customer service. Her favorite workday activity is helping a client feel understood and educated regarding their insurance needs.

Crystal was born in Massachusetts and grew up in New Hampshire. Crystal graduated from dental school in 2006 and was a dental assistant for 2 years before starting her carrier as an insurance professional working for Mizrahi & Garris Insurance. She has been with us since 2008. She loves helping people, being a TEAM Leader, and educating clients on FL Insurance. She enjoys spending time with family, watching movies, and being outdoors hiking, with her Rat Terrier, Walker.

Carla grew up in Ponte Vedra and has lived in Mandarin with her husband since 1997. That same year Carla started her insurance career at Liberty Mutual. She held various roles while at Liberty Mutual and retired after 20 years. After a few months of retirement, she quickly realized she still could be of service helping clients protect what matters most. She joined Mizrahi and Garris in 2017. Carla has two amazing children that keep her busy with their activities. She enjoys sporting events, traveling, and trying out new coffee shops.

Liz is a Florida native and loves the sunshine! Liz started in the insurance industry in 2011 by taking initial claim calls with Progressive. While working full-time, she also earned her Associates Degree. In her almost 5 years at Progressive, she noticed a need - to help customers be better prepared for potential losses. In 2015, she made the move from Tampa to Jacksonville, joining the team at Mizrahi and Garris to do just that. She is a big advocate for clients being educated about insurance, protected, and properly insured. Liz loves to spend time with her family and friends. She loves to read and enjoys visiting libraries and bookstores.
